Job Purpose: In this role, you’ll support Legal and Compliance in administrative areas that are essential to our team and business. This is a dynamic role for a confident, experienced self-starter who loves to multi-task.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Update and maintain Due Diligence database
- Update and maintain Legal database
- Assist in contract management process by maintaining contract database, tracking of incoming and out-going contracts, and updating changes in contracts and addendums as requested
- Keep written documentations and policies updated to reflect current processes
- Assist in communication with various internal departments, external parties, and prospective clients
- Assist in managing Due Diligence process by collecting, verifying, and screening detailed information about individuals and prospective clients for onboarding
- Assist with submission, tracking and reviews of all cards related marketing collaterals to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including contents, product, and app
- Assist with monthly partner’s reports required for ongoing operations and processes
- Assist with system and compliance audits
- Assist with various projects, as needed
