This job posting is for the night shift only.

  • Taking appointments and follow up coordination with clients over the phone, emails and zoom meetings.
  • Explain and assist the clients in the activation process and guiding them through activation process.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
  •  Logging and keeping records of client’s information on CRM.
  • Effectively manage high traffic incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using pertinent tools and methods.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Effectively follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, as defined by the management
  • Strong English communication skills are must!
  • Phone contact handling skills, and active listening.
  • Experience with customer facing roles in the past and/or working with American based companies would be another positive.
