JOB RESPONSIBILITIS



  • Managing large number of calls

  • Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to the users 

  • Identify user’s needs and providing resolutions accordingly

  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible remedy

  • Provide valid, accurate and complete information using various tools

  • Escalate unusual cases to relevant departments

  • Follow communication procedures 

  • Create a lively relation with users

  • Coordinate with supervisors and team to provide sufficient assistance


QUALIFICATION


  • Ability to communicate in Spanish 
  • Minimum 2 years  of relevant experience 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Efficient in follow ups
