• Strategize, implement, and maintain IT programs and project initiatives in sync with organizational objectives.
• Coordinating with cross-discipline technical and management teams to ensure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team and assist with their requirements and phases.
• Resource allocation between different projects to ensure a timely and smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with the product managers to communicate the partner/customer requirements and translate them into PRD/user stories
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients and obtaining customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Collaborate with the partners on the new features and change requests
• Participating in Agile Software Development Process.
• Responsible to work with software project team to implement long-term solutions, to report bug fix progress to end-users, and to keep both the development and end-user teams informed of the other’s needs and schedules
• Break complex problems/ ideas, research technical solutions and create implementation plans Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree. Agile certification will be a plus
• 3+ in Software Development preferably in product management, Project/Program Management
• Familiarity with task management and wireframe tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of generating project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
