  1. Installing / commissioning of packaging equipment at customer’s plant.
  1. Fixing  breakdowns and machine issues  to customer’s complete satisfaction
  2. Servicing the equipment as per customer’s maintenance contract or sales contract.
  3. Actively “selling” service contracts and spare parts
  4. Conducting equipment audits with the application department or sales Department.  Ensuring the machines settings are optimal.
  5. Developing a strong customer relationship to expand our existing equipment and service business.
  6. Recommending  the required spare parts stock, following up and  identifying any gap
  7. Strict compliance to SEE policy regarding personal and machine safety,
  8. Preparing and distributing service reports for all service work undertaken. Maintaining and updating all records related to our customer’s equipment.
  9. Suggesting equipment improvement to the Engineering Department, based on field experience.
