We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our team and enhance the organic visibility and search performance of Aurum FSG. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals who is eager to apply their knowledge practically. The successful candidate will focus on improving website rankings, identifying keyword opportunities, optimizing existing pages, supporting content development, and implementing strategies to drive relevant organic traffic. While expert-level SEO experience is not required, practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, consistency, and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
- Implement basic technical SEO improvements such as indexing, crawlability, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website structure.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Conduct competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for improving organic rankings.
- Assist with content planning, SEO briefs, blog optimization, and keyword mapping.
- Understand off-page SEO, backlink analysis, and ethical link-building practices.
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO-related issues.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Stay informed about Google algorithm updates and evolving SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in SEO or a related digital marketing role; candidates with demonstrable practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of traditional SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website content structure and how search engines discover and rank pages.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to research independently, identify problems, and propose practical solutions.
