We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our team and enhance the organic visibility and search performance of Aurum FSG. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of traditional SEO practices and some hands-on experience working with websites. The successful candidate will be eager to apply their knowledge practically, improve website rankings, identify keyword opportunities, optimize existing pages, support content development, and implement strategies that drive relevant organic traffic. While we do not require an SEO expert, we highly value practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO tasks, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
- Implement basic technical SEO improvements related to indexing, crawlability, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website structure.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving organic rankings.
- Assist with content planning, SEO briefs, blog optimization, and keyword mapping.
- Understand off-page SEO, including backlink analysis and ethical link-building practices.
- Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO-related issues.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and evolving SEO best practices.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO or a similar digital marketing role; candidates with demonstrable practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of traditional SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Basic working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website content structure and how search engines discover and rank pages.
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research independently, identify problems, and suggest practical solutions.
