Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SEO Manager to lead and manage multiple SEO campaigns for international clients, primarily based in Canada and the United States. This full-time remote position, based in Pakistan, offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 200,000 to 380,000 per month, including commissions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of professional SEO experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent client-management skills. You will be responsible for driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee more than 20 SEO campaigns simultaneously, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies focused on improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and boosting conversions.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Supervise on-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building efforts to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed SEO reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Coordinate closely with content writers, developers, and internal teams to align SEO strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Identify new opportunities to optimize campaign performance and expand existing client accounts.

Required Qualifications
- At least 6 years of professional SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple SEO campaigns and client accounts successfully.
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings through data-driven SEO tactics.
- Experience working with clients from Canada or the United States is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client-management skills to effectively handle diverse client needs.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in essential SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
