Search Engine Optimization Specialist

W&S Digital Marketing is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization. This role involves independently managing and optimizing multiple websites, with a particular focus on Australian markets. Located in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, near Community Girls School, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a supportive digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize 6 to 7 websites independently, ensuring high performance and search engine visibility.
- Implement effective on-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and metadata management.
- Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach to improve domain authority.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site speed, crawl errors, indexing, and mobile usability.
- Analyze website performance data and generate detailed reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of proven experience in SEO, demonstrating successful project outcomes.
- Strong expertise across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO disciplines.
- Ability to independently manage multiple websites with consistent optimization efforts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience working on Australian websites is highly preferred, reflecting familiarity with the local market and search behavior.
- Strong reporting skills to communicate SEO performance clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location: The role is based in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, conveniently situated near Community Girls School.
- Salary: During the probation period, the salary is up to PKR 80,000. Candidates who show significant improvement and deliver strong results within the first two months may see their salary increased to PKR 100,000 or higher.
- Employment Terms: Upon successful completion of probation, a one-year employment agreement will be signed with a fixed salary for the duration. Exceptional performance may be rewarded with salary reviews at the company’s discretion.
