Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Zenexgen Tech is seeking a dedicated SEO Specialist to join our team at our office located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. We have developed several products gaining traction, and now we need a skilled professional to enhance their visibility on Google. This role involves managing and driving search growth across three key products, with a primary focus on Preptro, our online tutoring academy for IGCSE and A-Level students. Your efforts will help parents find qualified tutors and book trial classes. Additionally, you will support Apna Table, our online restaurant reservation platform, and Zenexgen Tech, our AI-focused software house targeting inbound leads from businesses seeking software solutions.

You will work across multiple markets, including Pakistan, the UAE, and the wider Gulf region. Your role will involve researching market-specific search terms and demand, then developing tailored strategies to capture and convert relevant traffic into meaningful inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize technical SEO aspects of our Next.js websites, including metadata, sitemaps, structured data, site speed, and indexing.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze search demand by country to create market-specific landing pages and content that generate genuine enquiries rather than just traffic.
- Set up and monitor Google Search Console, GA4, and conversion tracking to measure SEO performance accurately.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement SEO changes efficiently and swiftly.
- Provide insights to support Google Ads campaigns through keyword research and landing page optimization.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with SEO, demonstrated through measurable results rather than just certifications.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and the ability to work effectively with development teams.
- Ability to write or guide the creation of content that ranks well and converts visitors into leads or customers.
- A proactive approach to owning SEO challenges and reporting on key performance indicators such as rankings, leads, and bookings.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience managing SEO for international or multi-country markets.
- Background in education, marketplace platforms, or B2B services is a plus.
- Compensation for this on-site role is PKR 60,000 per month.
