Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SEO Specialist to join our team in Multan on a full-time, on-site basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic search growth across a diverse international portfolio, with a strong focus on the UAE and Dubai markets. This role demands comprehensive expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with advanced knowledge of AI-driven Search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AIO). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results and be comfortable working with cutting-edge AI tools and search technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and generating high-intent leads.

- AI & GEO Optimization: Optimize website content for next-generation AI search engines and features, including ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Google SGE/AIO.

- Technical SEO Audits: Perform regular audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site architecture, Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, and XML sitemaps.

- High-Intent Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) research tailored to competitive markets, especially focusing on the Middle East (UAE/Dubai) and global audiences.

- Off-Page & Authority Building: Design and manage backlink strategies encompassing digital PR, niche guest posting, and local citations to enhance domain authority.

- Local SEO Management: Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) to maximize visibility in local UAE map packs and geo-targeted search queries.

- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization with demonstrable results.

- Must be based in Multan or willing to work on-site in Multan.

- Strong technical SEO knowledge, including expertise in Schema Types, site speed optimization, and proficiency with WordPress SEO plugins like Rank Math or Yoast.

- Advanced understanding of AI Search technologies, including Search Generative Experience (SGE), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and the integration of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude into SEO workflows.

- Proficiency in SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google PageSpeed Insights.

- Excellent analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
