This full-time position is located in Village Chak 378 GB near Syed Wala Road, Jaranwala. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Jaranwala City and nearby villages such as Chak 378 GB, Chak 379 GB, Chak 380 GB, Chak 381 GB, Chak 147 GB Jhok Balaqi, and Chak 459 GB Jhok Murad. The role requires working afternoon shifts, with pick and drop facilities provided. The successful candidate will be instrumental in promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching, driving continuous school improvement, and supporting the development of every student and teacher within the school community.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain high standards of learning and teaching by closely monitoring school progress against key performance indicators, ensuring that no student is left behind. Lead the recruitment, development, empowerment, and retention of high-quality teachers, fostering a culture of mutual respect, continuous learning, collaboration, and coordination among teachers, students, staff, and parents.

Implement the Teacher Selection process to attract quality educators and develop a comprehensive school improvement plan based on detailed needs analysis. Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and both formal and informal observations, enhancing teacher performance through demonstration sessions and ongoing feedback.

Oversee student performance by reviewing student work and test papers in line with school policies. Organize and manage co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, library, laboratories, academic resources, and provide support for students requiring additional assistance.

Participate in training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty members. Ensure term tests and examinations are conducted transparently and punctually. Build team spirit, motivate teachers, and focus on teacher retention strategies.

Develop strong community relationships to raise awareness about education for both boys and girls, encouraging enrollment in TCF schools and maintaining required student strength through effective enrollment strategies. Manage teacher outreach and maintain an updated CV bank.

Coordinate with Area and Regional HR teams on staff hiring, retention, performance management, and other HR-related matters. Maintain school discipline and promote positive character development among students and staff. Manage staff attendance and leave to minimize empty classrooms.

Supervise administrative assistants handling accounts and other operational matters, ensuring accurate management and documentation of school accounts. Oversee maintenance of school buildings and premises, manage timely supply and maintenance of utility services, and coordinate with supervisors on board-related matters.

Understand and implement TCF policies within school activities and ensure timely submission of reports and other documentation.

Required Qualifications

Female candidates aged between 25 and 45 years are eligible to apply. A minimum of a graduate degree (BSc, BA, BCom, BPA) is required. Candidates should have at least 2 years of teaching experience or a minimum of 1 year in roles such as Senior Teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, or non-school management positions.

Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, co-curricular, volunteer, or professional activities are essential. Candidates must exhibit strong perseverance, effective communication skills, the ability to build meaningful relationships, and a strong sense of ownership for personal and team growth. A passion for serving as a positive change agent is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Possession of a professional degree such as B.Ed or M.Ed is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Jaranwala and the specified surrounding villages.
