Secondary School Principal (Morning) - Halloki (DHA Rahber - Lahore)

This full-time position is based at Village Halloki, near DHA Rahbar, with a preference for candidates living in nearby areas such as Chungi Amar Sidhu, Halloki Gardens, Gul Colony, DHA Rehbar, Khayaban Ameen, Nishter Colony, Pak Arab Scheme, Glaxo Town, Youhanabad, and Ferzozepur Road. The role involves working morning shifts, with pick and drop services provided for convenience. The primary objective is to uphold and promote high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching, ensuring continuous improvement of the school and the academic progress of every student. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and developing quality teachers, fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration, and motivating both staff and students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote high standards of teaching and learning by monitoring school progress across key performance indicators, ensuring that no child is left behind.
- Recruit, develop, empower, support, encourage, and retain the best teachers to maintain a high-quality teaching staff.
- Cultivate and sustain a culture of continuous learning, respect, collaboration, and coordination among teachers, students, staff, and parents.
- Implement the Teacher Selection process effectively to recruit quality educators.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive school improvement plan based on thorough needs analysis.
- Monitor classroom quality through lesson planners and both formal and informal observations.
- Enhance teacher quality by conducting demonstration sessions and providing ongoing constructive feedback.
- Monitor student performance by reviewing student work and test papers in accordance with school policies.
- Organize and supervise co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, displays, library, laboratories, and academic resources.
- Conduct and participate in training sessions, including on-the-job training for faculty members.
- Administer term tests and examinations in a transparent and timely manner.
- Build team spirit, motivate teachers, and focus on teacher retention strategies.
- Establish strong community relationships to raise awareness about education and encourage enrollment of both male and female students.
- Maintain the required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
- Manage outreach efforts, maintain a CV bank, and coordinate with HR teams on hiring, retention, performance management, and related matters.
- Ensure school discipline and promote positive character development among students and staff.
- Oversee staff attendance and leave management to minimize empty classrooms.
- Supervise administrative assistants in accounts and other operational matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date school accounts and documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school buildings, premises, and utility services.
- Coordinate with supervisors on board-related matters.
- Implement school activities in compliance with organizational policies.
- Submit reports and other required documents promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Female candidates aged between 25 and 45 years.
- Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree (BSc, BA, BCom, BPA).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience, or 1+ years as a Senior Teacher, Vice Principal, Principal, or 1+ years in non-school management roles.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through academic, co-curricular, volunteer, or professional activities.
- Strong perseverance, effective communication, relationship-building abilities, and a commitment to self-growth and motivating others.
- Passion for serving as a positive change agent in education.
