The Section Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. This role involves managing the daily operations of a designated retail section, ensuring products are well-displayed, accurately priced, and readily available to customers. The Section Manager will monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment activities, and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Leading and guiding the team, organizing shift schedules, and supporting staff training are essential to achieving sales and service objectives. Additionally, the role requires analyzing sales performance, preparing section-related reports, and implementing promotional initiatives as directed. The Section Manager must also ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a safe and orderly environment, and deliver courteous, responsive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the assigned retail section, ensuring product availability, pricing accuracy, and attractive displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members, including organizing shift schedules and supporting ongoing training efforts.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track section performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising plans as directed by management.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail operations or store management, with solid knowledge of merchandising, inventory control, and customer service principles.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to supervise, motivate, delegate tasks, provide performance feedback, and manage conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities and meet sales targets.
- Good numerical and analytical skills for interpreting sales data, managing stock, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, enabling professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with point-of-sale or retail management systems.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail supervision.
