Technical PreSales Engineer - Fire Protection System

We are looking for a motivated Technical Pre-Sales Engineer (Fire Protection System) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical details effectively. If you have experience in fire safety systems and a passion for delivering customized solutions, we would love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities:

Making Technical and Financial proposals as per the consultant / client BOQ and specifications
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firefighting product portfolio to effectively communicate technical details to clients
Analyze client requirements and design customized fire safety solutions compliant with NFPA, UL and Local fire codes.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to acquire the necessary product details, quotations and ensure the proposed solutions meet quality and compliance standard.
Provide post-sale support by coordinating with project teams to ensure successful implementation of systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation for understanding the systems.
3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, fire system design or technical support for relevant systems.
Proactive problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing client concerns with innovative solutions.
Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of fire protection systems and firefighting industry standards.
