We are looking for a motivated candidate to create product documentation, including comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, and reference information for our entire product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, write and edit technical documentation for the entire product offering
- Work closely with engineering, product and support teams to ensure the quality, discover ability, and accuracy of the content
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation standards, tools, and processes
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials
- Understand basic document versioning concepts and best practices
- Comfortable using plain-text editors to author in Markdown and HTML
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT/Electrical Engineering
