Key Responsibilities

Design and develop the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and architecture by evaluating business strategies and conducting system vulnerability and risk assessments. Identify risks related to business processes, operations, information security programs, and technology projects. Monitor and communicate emerging security threats, designing architecture elements to mitigate these risks effectively. Identify security design gaps in current and proposed architectures and recommend necessary enhancements.

Provide comprehensive product fit analysis to ensure end-to-end security across various architectural facets, including layered security, zoning, integration, API, endpoint security, data security, and compliance with regulations. Conduct security assessments aligned with frameworks such as NIST, SANS, and CIS. Support technical deployment, configuration, integration, and administration of security technologies.

Demonstrate expertise in ITIL or related process domains such as incident, configuration, change, and problem management. Assist in disaster recovery efforts following security breaches, attacks, or unauthorized activities. Lead solution design and assurance for client RFPs, ensuring alignment with security requirements.

Develop strategic direction for managing portfolios of future solutions, including systems, shared infrastructure, applications, and hardware related to cyber risk security. Analyze technology environments and client requirements to establish collaboration design frameworks and architectures. Create comprehensive RFPs tailored to client standards and technology stacks.

Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing custom security solutions using modern technologies. Assess current state solutions, identify improvements, and define target state architectures. Clearly communicate architectural goals, recommendations, reusable patterns, and investment roadmaps. Evaluate and recommend solutions for integration within the broader technology ecosystem. Stay informed on industry and application trends to anticipate future IT needs.

Coordinate with stakeholders on cybersecurity matters, offering timely support and strategic recommendations. Maintain an information security risk register and assist with internal and external security audits. Support the implementation of security best practices to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training for employees and customers, including education on spam and malicious email threats.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and strategy development.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise security frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as NIST, SANS, and CIS.
- Experience with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
- Skilled in supporting disaster recovery and security breach response.
- Experience in preparing and responding to client RFPs with a focus on security.
- Technical leadership in deploying and integrating security technologies.
- Familiarity with layered security models, API security, endpoint security, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Okta Workforce Identity Cloud is mandatory.
