Key Responsibilities

Design and develop enterprise cybersecurity strategies and architectures by evaluating business requirements and conducting thorough vulnerability and risk assessments. Identify risks related to business processes, operations, information security programs, and technology projects, while staying ahead of emerging security threats to design effective mitigation strategies. Assess existing and proposed security architectures to identify design gaps and recommend enhancements.

Provide comprehensive product analysis to ensure end-to-end security across various architecture facets, including layered security, zoning, integration, API security, endpoint protection, data security, and regulatory compliance. Conduct security assessments aligned with frameworks such as NIST, SANS, and CIS. Support technical deployment, configuration, integration, and administration of security technologies.

Demonstrate expertise in ITIL or related process domains like incident, configuration, change, and problem management. Assist in disaster recovery efforts following security breaches or unauthorized activities. Lead responses to client RFPs, ensuring design assurance and alignment with business objectives.

Develop strategic direction for managing cybersecurity portfolios, including systems, shared infrastructure, applications, and hardware, to align with business outcomes. Analyze technology environments and client-specific requirements to establish collaborative design frameworks. Create comprehensive RFPs tailored to client standards and technology stacks.

Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, and implementing custom cybersecurity solutions using modern technologies. Evaluate current state solutions, identify improvements, and define target state architectures. Clearly communicate architectural goals, reusable patterns, and investment roadmaps. Recommend integration solutions within the broader technology ecosystem and monitor industry trends to anticipate future IT needs.

Coordinate with stakeholders on cybersecurity matters, offering timely support and future recommendations. Maintain information security risk registers and assist with internal and external audits related to information security. Support the implementation of security best practices to meet business, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training for employees and customers, covering topics such as spam and malicious email threats.

Required Qualifications

- Over 10 years of experience in infrastructure security consulting.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise cybersecurity strategies and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, SANS, and CIS.
- Experience with ITIL processes such as incident, change, configuration, and problem management.
- Expertise in risk assessment, disaster recovery, and security breach response.
- Ability to lead technical deployments and provide solution assurance during RFP processes.
- Skilled in stakeholder coordination and audit support related to information security.
