Security Control Room Operative

RFC Security Group, a leading provider of security and premises management services across Ireland and the UK, is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring seamless communication between company management, clients, and security personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring security officers, handling alarm activation calls, and dispatching patrol drivers as needed. Additionally, the operator will manage incoming calls and emails, taking detailed messages and directing them to the appropriate departments to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor security officers to ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Receive and assess alarm activation calls, dispatching patrol drivers promptly based on the situation.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, accurately recording and relaying messages to relevant departments.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels between management, clients, and employees.
- Collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Keep detailed records of incidents, actions taken, and other pertinent information.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data management and reporting purposes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in capturing and relaying information.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing situations and make sound decisions.
- Previous experience in a command-and-control room or a similar operational role is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site at Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and be available 24/7, including on-call duties as operational needs dictate. This position demands commitment to shift work and the ability to respond promptly to emergencies.

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs65,000 to Rs95,000.
