We are seeking disciplined and physically fit Security Guards to maintain the safety and security of hospital premises, staff, patients, and visitors. Candidates with a background in the military, particularly retired Army personnel, are preferred due to the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling emergency situations effectively to ensure a secure environment within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain security across hospital premises by monitoring all entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols to enforce safety protocols and detect any unusual activity.
- Screen visitors, vehicles, and staff in accordance with established security policies.
- Prevent unauthorized access and respond promptly and efficiently to emergencies.
- Keep accurate records of incidents and maintain daily security logs.
- Collaborate with CCTV operators and vigilance staff as needed to enhance security measures.
Required Qualifications:
- Retired from the Pakistan Army is highly preferred.
- Must be physically fit and medically cleared to perform security duties.
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation is preferred.
- Prior experience in security roles within hospital or corporate environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated discipline, alertness, and effective communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time, in-person position requiring a committed individual who can uphold the highest standards of security and professionalism within a healthcare setting.
