We are seeking disciplined and physically fit Security Guards to join our team at Mamji Hospital. The ideal candidates are preferably retired Army personnel who can effectively ensure the safety and security of the hospital premises, staff, patients, and visitors. This role demands vigilance, strong discipline, and the ability to respond promptly to any security concerns within the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the security of hospital premises by monitoring all entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout the facility.
- Screen visitors, vehicles, and staff in accordance with established security policies.
- Prevent unauthorized access and manage emergency situations efficiently and calmly.
- Keep accurate records of incidents and maintain daily security logs.
- Collaborate with CCTV operators and vigilance staff as needed to enhance security measures.

Required Qualifications:
- Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army are preferred.
- Physically fit and medically cleared to perform security duties.
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation is preferred.
- Strong discipline, alertness, and effective communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in hospital or corporate security is advantageous.
