Security Manager - Islamabad

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to lead and manage security operations at the French Club in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of club members, guests, staff, and premises. This role demands strong leadership, excellent surveillance and risk assessment abilities, and the capacity to respond effectively to emergencies. The Security Manager will oversee security personnel, enforce protocols, and maintain a secure and disciplined environment within a premium hospitality and recreational setting. Candidates with a solid background in security management and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure will thrive in this position. Working hours will align with operational requirements, and the role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all security operations to safeguard club premises, members, guests, and employees.
- Supervise, manage, and monitor the performance of security guards and other personnel.
- Develop, implement, and update security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control mechanisms, and visitor entry/exit protocols.
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
- Ensure thorough screening of visitors, vehicles, vendors, and service providers.
- Liaise and coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
- Manage security incidents, investigate complaints, and prepare detailed incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and organizational policies.
- Conduct security briefings, staff training sessions, and emergency drills.
- Maintain security equipment, duty rosters, attendance logs, and operational documentation.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and strict discipline throughout all security functions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in security management, preferably within clubs, hotels, hospitality, or corporate environments.
- Proven experience managing security teams and handling security for high-profile guests or VIPs.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance technology, access control, risk assessment, and emergency management protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under high-pressure situations.
- Strong skills in reporting, coordination, and incident investigation.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism.
