We are looking for a disciplined and vigilant Security Officer with a background in the Armed Forces to join our Security Department at our SITE Area facility in Haroonabad, Karachi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a secure environment by managing access control, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring the safety of all personnel and visitors. This position requires a retired Armed Forces personnel, preferably holding a JCO or equivalent rank, with strong leadership skills and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily security operations across the factory premises.
- Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to prevent theft, trespassing, or any security breaches.
- Maintain accurate records including visitor registers, gate pass systems, and daily security logs.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Train and supervise the security guard team to maintain discipline and alertness.
- Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Report any suspicious activities or security risks directly to management.

Required Qualifications
- Retired personnel from the Armed Forces (Army) with preference given to JCO or equivalent ranks.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in security management, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership qualities, discipline, and physical fitness.
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain composure during emergency situations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
- This is a full-time, in-person position located at the SITE Area, Haroonabad, Karachi.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
