Security Operations Specialist

Located in Sahiwal, this contractual position seeks a disciplined and detail-oriented Security Operations Specialist to oversee daily security activities at the premises. The role involves managing site access, monitoring CCTV systems, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and leading security arrangements for business events. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe and secure environment by effectively coordinating security operations and responding promptly to any emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage gate operations by controlling the entry and exit of staff, visitors, contractors, and vehicles, while supervising security guards on site.
- Monitor live CCTV footage, retrieve recordings for investigations, and report any camera malfunctions promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs, shift handover reports, incident documentation, and registers for visitors and vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and post orders, preparing regular security reports for management review.
- Coordinate security efforts with various departments including HR, Administration, IT, Operations, as well as external vendors, the guard agency, and local authorities.
- Plan and execute security arrangements for corporate events, meetings, and VIP visits to ensure smooth and secure operations.
- Respond effectively to emergencies such as fire incidents, theft, or unauthorized access to safeguard personnel and assets.
- Prepare detailed reports and track security-related data using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Three to five years of experience in security operations, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Practical experience with CCTV systems and access control technologies.
- Proven ability to supervise security personnel and manage relationships with security vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and event days as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs 200,000.
