Security Supervisor (Ex-Army Preferred)

NovaMed Pharmaceutical Industry is seeking a disciplined and responsible Security Supervisor to manage security operations at its Lahore facility. This role is ideal for retired Pakistan Army personnel who possess strong leadership skills and relevant security experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and assets through effective supervision and enforcement of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations and oversee security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
- Ensure the safety of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets at all times.
- Monitor entry and exit points, maintaining accurate visitor records.
- Enforce security protocols and company policies consistently.
- Conduct regular security rounds to ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Manage security incidents promptly and prepare detailed reports as required.
- Coordinate with management on all security-related matters to support organizational safety goals.

Required Qualifications
- Retired Pakistan Army personnel with a preferred rank of JCO, Subedar, or Naib Subedar.
- Age between 40 and 48 years.
- Physically active, energetic, and capable of supervising a security team effectively.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in security supervision, personnel management, and maintaining discipline is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with prior experience in security supervision and personnel management will be given preference. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the Lahore facility.
