SECURITY SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee and manage daily security operations within an industrial or factory environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods by implementing effective security measures and protocols. This role requires strong leadership skills, vigilance, and the ability to coordinate with various departments to maintain a secure workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security guards and manage all daily security activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, containers, and shipments to prevent unauthorized access or theft.
- Oversee CCTV camera operations and maintain detailed security registers and records.
- Implement company security policies, access-control procedures, and emergency response plans effectively.
- Ensure proper inspection during loading and unloading activities, verifying shipment documentation accurately.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, loss, and identify any suspicious activities promptly.
- Coordinate security efforts with Administration, HR, Compliance, and other relevant departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Conduct regular security briefings, allocate duties among staff, and monitor their performance.
- Report any security incidents immediately to management and maintain comprehensive incident records.

Required Qualifications:
- Retired Ex-Army personnel are highly preferred due to their discipline and experience.
- Proven experience in security management, especially within industrial, factory, or textile sectors, is advantageous.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent observation and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of security procedures including access control, vehicle inspections, CCTV monitoring, and emergency handling.
- Ability to supervise security personnel effectively while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Good communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes.
- Physically fit, vigilant, responsible, and willing to work in shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in industrial or textile sector security will be considered an asset.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000.
