This full-time, on-site Security Supervisor position is based in Islamabad. The role is responsible for managing daily security operations to maintain a safe environment for employees, visitors, and company property. The Security Supervisor will oversee security personnel, coordinate access control, monitor surveillance systems, and conduct regular inspections of facilities and perimeter areas. Responding promptly to incidents, preparing detailed security reports, and liaising with local authorities or internal teams are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule security staff to ensure adequate coverage and effective shift operations.
- Monitor and control access points, surveillance equipment, and conduct routine facility inspections.
- Respond to security incidents, document occurrences accurately, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Train security personnel on protocols, emergency procedures, and organizational policies.
- Provide customer service at entry points by professionally addressing inquiries and managing visitor access.
- Assist in reviewing and improving security procedures to align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain a secure environment.

Required Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in leading security teams or managing shift operations.
- Practical knowledge of physical security measures, including access control, patrolling, and incident response.
- Strong communication skills for effective reporting, coordination, and interaction with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Customer service skills to manage entry points and handle inquiries calmly and professionally.
- Operations management abilities related to scheduling, resource allocation, and implementing security protocols.
- Relevant background in security, law enforcement, or facilities management is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and basic risk assessment principles.
