Security Supervisor

We are seeking a competent and motivated individual to join our team in Karachi as a Security Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and property, and maintaining strict control over access to the premises. This role requires vigilance, strong leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise security personnel to ensure only authorized individuals and approved materials enter or exit the premises.
- Implement and enforce security procedures aimed at preventing theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, fire hazards, accidents, and other security threats.
- Monitor gate activities, conduct thorough personnel and material checks, and maintain accurate records of all movements.
- Train security staff on security protocols, emergency response, firefighting, and first aid procedures.
- Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of security equipment, access control systems, and surveillance devices. Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.
- Prepare daily and periodic security reports, report significant incidents to management, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree or B.Com is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Security Supervisor.
- Male candidates aged between 35 and 40 years.
- Willingness to work in morning, evening, or night shifts.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Training in firefighting and security procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle personnel tactfully.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
