Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor will support the Manager of Security in maintaining a safe and secure environment by overseeing security operations and ensuring strict adherence to established protocols. This role involves supervising security personnel, enforcing discipline, and responding promptly to any incidents or breaches. The Security Supervisor is essential in upholding company policies and ensuring the smooth functioning of all security-related activities within the premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of security staff to ensure vigilance and professionalism.
- Monitor security operations continuously and take preventive actions to address potential threats or security concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations related to security.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of security activities, incidents, and staff performance.
- Respond immediately and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Collaborate closely with the Manager of Security to implement and improve security protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualification of Matriculation or above.
- Ex-Service personnel with experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO).
- At least 2 years of private security experience following military service.
