• Managing the office assets
  • Asset tagging
  • Managing office inventory admin/IT 
  • Keeping track of all vendor payments
  • Applying for the payments in system
  • Tracking and ensuring the vendors are being paid as per policy
  • Knowledge of basic taxation
  • knowledge of invoicing as per PO/Policy/Taxation
  • Record keeping off all vendor data including GRN/PO/PI etc
  • Liaison with admin/IT/Finance department
