Manager Leasing (Lahore Based)

Selecto Retail is seeking an experienced Manager Leasing to oversee the leasing operations within the Lahore region. Responsibilities

Manage all leasing activities for Selecto Retail properties in Lahore, ensuring achievement of leasing targets and portfolio growth.
Lead a team of two leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high productivity and professional development.
Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants, aligning with the companys objectives and market demand.
Conduct tenant relationship management by addressing tenant concerns promptly and maintaining positive, long-term relationships.
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring favorable terms while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Utilize property management and CRM software to maintain accurate records, monitor lease status, and enhance tenant communication.
Coordinate contract management to ensure all lease contracts are thoroughly reviewed, properly executed, and consistently monitored for compliance.
Manage risk associated with leasing operations by identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing processes and resolve operational challenges.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations to ensure full regulatory compliance in all leasing activities.
