Manager Leasing (Multan Based)

Selecto Retail is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Leasing to oversee our leasing operations in Multan. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in real estate leasing, contract negotiation, and tenant relations, supported by a Master's degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution. This role involves managing leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue growth within the retail sector. The Manager Leasing will lead a small team, ensuring efficient lease administration and compliance with real estate regulations while applying market analysis and sales strategies to enhance portfolio performance. This position requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the real estate or retail chain sector, with proven skills in property management, financial reporting, and market research methodologies. The Manager Leasing will be responsible for building strong tenant relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing property management software systems to streamline operations. The role demands a strategic approach to managing leases, maintaining compliance, and driving leasing initiatives that align with organizational goals in a competitive market environment.
Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of lease administration including drafting, reviewing, and executing lease contracts in compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
Lead tenant relations to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining effective communication channels.
Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify leasing opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and stay competitive within the retail real estate market.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive occupancy and maximize revenue for retail spaces.
Supervise and coordinate the leasing operations team consisting of one member to ensure efficient workflow and goal attainment.
Utilize property management software and tenant management systems to maintain accurate records, track lease terms, and generate financial reports.
Oversee contract negotiations with prospective tenants to secure favorable lease terms while balancing the company's interests and tenant needs.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports to analyze leasing performance and support strategic decision-making processes.
Ensure adherence to all relevant real estate compliance requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting leasing activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and property management departments to align leasing operations with overall company objectives.
Monitor lease expirations and manage renewals proactively to reduce vacancy rates and optimize portfolio stability.
Coordinate market research efforts to evaluate emerging trends and client demands, enhancing lease offerings and attracting high-quality tenants.
