Manager Leasing (Multan Based)

Selecto Retail is seeking an experienced Manager Leasing to lead leasing operations based in Multan. The ideal candidate holds a Masters degree in Marketing or an equivalent professional qualification and brings 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the real estate or retail chain sector. This role requires strong expertise in lease negotiation, property management, contract management, and tenant relations. The Manager Leasing will lead and manage a team of 2 members, ensuring seamless coordination and achieving the company's leasing and occupancy goals. This position demands deep knowledge of market analysis, real estate compliance, and regulations along with sound financial acumen for accurate reporting. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of leasing management including risk management, project management, and sales and marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes strategic planning and execution to maximize property value while maintaining excellent tenant relationships and adherence to industry standards within the Multan region.
Responsibilities

Lead lease negotiation processes and finalize agreements ensuring favorable terms align with company objectives.
Manage property portfolios by coordinating lease administration, tenant relations, and contract management effectively.

Build and maintain productive relationships with tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders to foster positive engagement.
Manage, mentor, and support a team of two leasing professionals to enhance their skills and achieve departmental goals.
Ensure adherence to internal and external audit requirements and prepare documentation for compliance verification.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing contracts, communications, and property management activities.
Coordinate with legal advisors for contract reviews and renewals to limit liability and protect company interests.
