Fixtman is seeking motivated Sales and Call Center Professionals to join our dynamic team on an independent contractor basis. This role offers an opportunity to be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience while supporting sales and customer service activities within the repair and maintenance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial contact for clients, setting a welcoming and professional tone.
- Handle incoming calls, book appointments promptly, and confirm scheduled meetings with clients.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate challenges to management when necessary.
- Initiate and follow up with customers and providers to promote services and products.
- Provide accurate directions using mapping technology and assist clients with location guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of daily tasks within the ERP system, adhering to established procedures.
- Prepare, process, and review various documents including policies, claims, endorsements, binders, and contracts.
- Develop and present proposals, offering coverage recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Calculate invoicing and manage related financial functions accurately.
- Create and maintain computer files, ensuring timely follow-up on pending actions.
- Support the department supervisor with advisory assistance as required.
- Participate in sales seminars, meetings, and educational activities to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and market developments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of related experience or training in a similar role.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, and regulatory documents.
- Proficient in writing reports and composing professional business correspondence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effectively communicate with managers, clients, and the public.
- Competent in calculating figures such as discounts, commissions, interest, and percentages, with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Problem-solving skills to address practical issues and adapt to various situations.
- Ability to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or scheduled formats.
- Computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
