Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience and be CA qualified or a CA member. This role involves managing comprehensive accounting functions, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to 230,000 and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, MIS, and management reports.
- Oversee project-wise and property/plot-wise accounting to maintain detailed financial records.
- Monitor sales, purchases, installments, receivables, payables, premiums, discounts, and other property-related transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, prepare cash flow reports, and perform financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Handle complete taxation processes, including withholding tax and statutory compliance.
- Supervise accounting staff while maintaining effective internal controls and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Manage accounting software/ERP systems and develop Excel-based reporting tools to streamline financial operations.

Required Qualifications
- CA qualified or CA member with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
