Senior AI Automation Engineer

Digilord is seeking a seasoned Senior AI Automation Engineer to create AI-driven solutions that streamline business processes, minimize manual tasks, and boost overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI tools, workflow automation, and software integrations. This role involves identifying opportunities for automation and delivering robust solutions that enhance operational efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage AI automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Integrate AI tools, software applications, and business systems through APIs and webhooks to ensure seamless communication.
- Build AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive tasks and optimize business operations.
- Create automated workflows for content research, content creation, SEO tasks, and other critical business processes.
- Develop AI chatbots and automation systems to support lead management and customer service functions.
- Utilize Python or JavaScript to develop custom automation solutions when standard tools do not suffice.
- Test, monitor, and refine workflows to maintain accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Identify business needs and recommend appropriate AI tools and automation strategies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation systems.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and implement relevant innovations to drive productivity improvements.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in AI automation, software development, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including AI agents and large language models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in working with APIs, webhooks, and integrating diverse software systems.
- Experience programming in Python or JavaScript for developing custom automation scripts.
- Solid knowledge of workflow design, process optimization, and system integration principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering practical AI automation projects from concept to deployment.

Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
