We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior AI / AI Copilot Technical Specialist with 10 to 15 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in AI models, AI tools, AI development, automation, and testing. A comprehensive understanding of the AI ecosystem and relevant business domains is essential. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can independently manage complex technical projects and deliver results with minimal supervision. While the primary focus is on technical skills, experience in a techno-functional environment will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and implement AI-driven solutions using modern AI models and tools.
- Work extensively with AI Copilots and related technologies to build enterprise-grade solutions.
- Develop and enhance AI-powered applications using Java and Python.
- Utilize AI tools and automation frameworks to improve software development, testing, and delivery processes.
- Design and execute testing strategies employing AI-based testing and automation tools.
- Evaluate AI models, tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies, recommending appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the complete AI ecosystem, including platforms, models, tools, development practices, and domain considerations.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical initiatives and ensure successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and independently drive solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI, AI Copilots, automation, and related technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of overall professional experience in software or technology roles.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with AI models, AI tools, and the broader AI ecosystem, including relevant domain knowledge.
- At least 2 years of hands-on development experience with AI Copilots or similar AI-assisted development technologies.
- Experience with AI-based testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong hands-on development skills in Java and Python.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, application development, integration, and automation.
- Ability to navigate and work across the AI technology ecosystem effectively.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Work Environment
The position offers a competitive salary of up to Rs 800,000 per month. This is an in-person role based in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, requiring full-time commitment.
