We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer / AI Architect with 5 to 8+ years of experience to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, autonomous agents, and enterprise-grade automation systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI architecture, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), distributed systems, and scalable backend infrastructure. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs300,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, fine-tune, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and self-hosted LLM solutions.
- Design autonomous AI agents, multi-agent systems, and intelligent decision-making workflows.
- Build scalable automation engines, real-time data pipelines, and distributed processing systems.
- Develop custom retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, vector search solutions, and AI inference infrastructure.
- Lead backend architecture efforts, optimize system performance, manage MLOps, and oversee production deployments.
- Establish engineering standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide technical leadership across teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and Transformers, with a solid foundation in deep learning.
- Experience with LLM engineering including RAG, fine-tuning, vLLM, vector databases, and managing self-hosted models.
- Proficiency in agentic AI concepts such as autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, and tool execution.
- Familiarity with automation and data technologies including Kafka, Redis, Celery, Airflow, ETL/ELT processes, and distributed workflows.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD pipelines, GPU optimization, and MLOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
We are looking for a strong technical problem-solver who can independently architect and build production-grade AI systems from the ground up, rather than relying on third-party AI APIs or no-code automation platforms. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in system architecture, AI model implementation, custom automation development, and independent programming.
