Senior AI Engineer — Client-Facing / Project-Based

Devinity Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to engage directly with prospective clients, understand their technical needs, and represent the company in technical discussions. This role is ideal for an experienced AI professional with deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to lead client-facing technical conversations. The position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to contribute part-time initially, with opportunities to manage multiple projects and build a small engineering team over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in calls with prospective clients to gather and understand their business and technical requirements.
- Discuss AI architecture, solution design, implementation strategies, and assess technical feasibility.
- Represent Devinity in technical interviews and evaluation calls.
- Communicate effectively with international clients and technical stakeholders.
- Translate client requirements into actionable AI and technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the technical aspects once a client engagement converts into an active project.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and potentially lead a small engineering team to support delivery as workload increases.

Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML and current AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of AI architecture and implementation methodologies.
- Proven ability to discuss technical solutions confidently with clients or stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in leading client-facing technical discussions independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Professional communication skills and a high level of ownership and accountability.
