We are looking for a skilled professional to join our newly formed AI & Machine Learning vertical based in Karachi. This full-time, hybrid position requires strong expertise in Python and Django, with a primary focus on developing and deploying sophisticated AI applications. The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with advanced technologies such as LangChain-based generative AI applications, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions within a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python and Django applications with an emphasis on AI and machine learning integration.
- Build and deploy LangChain-based generative AI applications in production settings.
- Utilize vector databases extensively to support AI-driven data retrieval and processing.
- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve AI model effectiveness.
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and oversee their deployment across various use cases.
- Optionally, assess and compare different AI model capabilities to optimize application performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Python and Django development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying LangChain-based generative AI applications.
- Proven expertise in working with vector databases and implementing RAG pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to fine-tune and deploy large language models effectively.
