Senior AI Project Manager

NexaQuanta is looking for a Senior AI Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle delivery of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for global enterprise clients. This role involves managing complex AI initiatives including large language models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and ML systems. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI principles and software development lifecycle governance. Acting as a bridge between delivery teams, engineering, data science, and clients, you will define project scope, plan releases, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and manage senior stakeholders across UK and Pakistan time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML solutions, from initial discovery through to production deployment.
- Deliver AI systems such as LLM-powered enterprise applications, agent orchestration and workflow automation, RAG solutions, and classical ML models integrated into enterprise platforms.
- Define delivery scope, milestones, dependencies, and release plans across AI, data, cloud, and application workstreams.
- Manage AI projects using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
- Plan and facilitate sprint ceremonies, delivery reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate client requirements into epics, detailed delivery tasks, and acceptance criteria.
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation efforts to resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive delivery documentation including trackers, RAID logs, and leadership reports.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for international clients across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and North America.
- Lead discovery workshops, feasibility studies, and solution walkthroughs focused on Generative AI use cases.
- Manage client expectations regarding AI capabilities, limitations, timelines, and costs.
- Provide structured delivery updates to senior client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define model objectives, evaluation metrics, and success criteria.
- Establish validation standards covering accuracy, bias, hallucination risk, latency, and cost.
- Oversee integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with NexaQuanta’s Responsible AI SDLC, including feasibility studies, risk and fairness reviews, model and data cards, and completion reports.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience in AI delivery, technical project management, or program delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering Generative AI and ML solutions into production environments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international enterprise clients.

Technical Knowledge

- In-depth understanding of Generative AI architectures including LLMs, agents, and prompt strategies.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, or Weaviate.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
