Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on building production-grade AI applications, large language model (LLM)-powered workflows, and modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, AI evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI applications using AWS Bedrock (Claude), including designing structured outputs and integrating tool usage.
- Design and optimize prompts for various business workflows such as classification, extraction, comparison, and review.
- Develop and enhance RAG solutions leveraging internal document repositories.
- Create hybrid rule engines that combine deterministic checks with LLM-based judgment to improve decision-making accuracy.
- Design advisory systems and implement human-in-the-loop AI features to ensure quality and reliability.
- Construct labeled evaluation datasets and ground-truth test sets to support AI model validation.
- Measure precision and recall for AI flagging tasks, optimizing models to meet accuracy targets.
- Conduct shadow-mode validations before transitioning AI workflows to full automation.
- Implement regression testing for updates to prompts, rules, and models to maintain system integrity.
- Develop backend APIs using Python and Flask, and build frontend applications with React.
- Work extensively with AWS services including DynamoDB, ECS Fargate, and Lambda to support scalable cloud-native applications.
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as Okta/OIDC and manage secrets securely.
- Apply server-side validation and schema-driven forms to ensure data integrity and user input accuracy.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or LLM application development.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and Claude for building AI applications.
- Strong background in RAG systems, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python and Flask for backend development.
- Experience developing frontend applications using React.
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-native application design.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols, API development, and secure application practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build reliable AI solutions that are rigorously evaluated, tested, and deployed in production environments.
