Senior AI Video Editor

GenX Integrated Systems, a software development and AI automation company based in Lahore, is seeking a Senior AI Video Editor to join their onsite team. The company serves clients across the US, Canada, and the Middle East, delivering cutting-edge video content for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. This role involves working closely with creative teams to produce high-quality videos that blend generative AI technologies with traditional editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit high-end videos by integrating generative AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Luma, HeyGen, or similar platforms alongside conventional editing methods.
- Manage projects from initial brief and script through to final delivery, including storyboarding, AI shot generation, compositing, color grading, sound design, and exporting.
- Develop and refine AI prompts to maintain consistency in characters, styles, and camera movements across multiple shots.
- Address AI-generated artifacts by cleaning, upscaling, interpolating, and compositing AI footage with live action and motion graphics.
- Deliver final content in various formats and aspect ratios tailored for advertisements, social media, web platforms, and presentations.
- Collaborate with creative leads, account managers, and clients to incorporate revisions and meet project timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging AI models and workflows, sharing effective techniques with the team to enhance overall production quality.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional video editing experience, supported by a portfolio showcasing high-end commercial or brand projects.
- Practical experience using generative video and image tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, ElevenLabs, or comparable software.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software including Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro, along with After Effects.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and audio mixing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Willingness and ability to work full-time onsite at the Lahore office.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with ComfyUI workflows, LoRA training, or custom AI generation pipelines.
- Skills in motion graphics, 3D modeling or animation (Blender, Cinema 4D), and visual effects (VFX).
- Familiarity with AI avatars, lip-sync technology, and voice cloning techniques.
