Senior Amazon Marketplace Executive

We are seeking a proactive Senior Amazon Marketplace Executive to join our team and support the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in managing our Amazon store. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage product listings, update inventory, coordinate orders, and generate basic reports. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative activities related to the Amazon Marketplace account.
- Create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor orders and collaborate with inventory teams to maintain stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Prepare basic reports covering sales, inventory status, and overall marketplace performance.
- Assist customer service by handling inquiries, returns, and feedback as needed.
- Keep account information, product details, and records well-organized and current.
- Stay informed about Amazon marketplace policies, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Amazon Marketplace management, e-commerce, or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online management systems.
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to product listings and account information.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central platform.
- Basic knowledge of managing Amazon product listings and inventory updates.
- Understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplace processes.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work on-site.
