The Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination, Government of Pakistan, is seeking qualified Pakistani nationals to join their team as a Motion Design Lead/Senior Animator (PPS-09). This role involves leading the creation of high-quality animated content that effectively communicates environmental and climate change messages. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills to develop engaging visual narratives that support the ministry’s initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and production of motion graphics and animations for various multimedia projects related to climate change and environmental awareness.
- Collaborate closely with content developers, communication teams, and subject matter experts to translate complex information into visually compelling stories.
- Oversee the animation workflow, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Mentor and guide junior animators and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in motion design and animation to continuously enhance the ministry’s visual communication strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with organizational goals and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience as a senior animator or motion design lead, preferably with a portfolio showcasing a variety of animated projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing creative teams or projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with additional experience in environmental or educational content production will be given preference. Familiarity with government or public sector communication protocols is an advantage.
