Senior Application Developer

Application Developers play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and integrating applications, frameworks, and tools within a structured environment. They bring specialized knowledge of specific technology stacks and are responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, release management, and ongoing technical application support. Their work ensures that software solutions meet both functional requirements and quality standards, particularly for client-specific package-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the development team’s representative in project meetings, serving as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Work closely with business and functional analysts, as well as software and solution architects, to ensure that systems and programs function as intended.
- Lead, mentor, and manage large teams of programmers across multiple projects, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee software design and realization processes, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical standards.
- Manage testing, deployment, and release activities to ensure seamless delivery and integration of software solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical application management for client-specific package-based solutions, focusing on support and optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in application development within a controlled environment, with strong expertise in relevant technology stacks.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and developers.
- Experience supervising and mentoring large programming teams, coupled with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications related to SaaS or package-based solutions, programming languages, and development methodologies are required and must be maintained.
