We are currently seeking a Sustainability Generalist with practical experience in climate-related risk assessments and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions calculation according to the GHG Protocol. This role involves applying expertise across ESG topics and the broader sustainability lifecycle, including strategy development, transformation initiatives, and sustainability reporting. The ideal candidate will analyze client needs and deliver consulting services that help organizations navigate their sustainability challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive climate-related risk assessments, covering both transition and physical risks.
- Identify material risks and opportunities across the value chain of client entities.
- Evaluate the likelihood of risks under various climate scenarios and assess their potential financial and operational impacts.
- Calculate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol standards.
- Collaborate with business teams to review data and clearly communicate key findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in conducting climate risk assessments and GHG accounting and reporting.
- Proficiency in climate data analysis, including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of leading climate frameworks, such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) climate scenarios.
- Familiarity with climate modelling tools and technologies relevant to climate science.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, Climate Science, or a related discipline.
