We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in .NET, C#, Angular, databases, and Esri ArcGIS technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise software applications, integrating GIS capabilities, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications with a focus on backend services.
- Develop RESTful APIs using .NET and C# to support scalable and secure applications.
- Collaborate with frontend teams working with Angular to deliver integrated web applications.
- Implement and integrate ArcGIS Enterprise capabilities, including ArcGIS REST Services, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- Manage and optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases to support application requirements.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Follow continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and leverage cloud technologies where applicable.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend or software development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with .NET framework and C#.
- Solid experience with Angular and modern web application development.
- Proficient in working with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL databases.
- At least 3 years of experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS REST Services, ArcGIS JavaScript API, and ArcGIS Experience Builder.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application development principles.
- Proven ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with GIS-based enterprise applications and integrating GIS with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Esri certification is highly desirable.
