Senior BackEnd Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling reliable backend systems, focusing on developing APIs, microservices, and data-intensive services that support a dynamic mid-size organization. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.
- Build and maintain microservices-based architectures.
- Develop scalable RESTful and event-driven APIs.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch.
- Design efficient data models and optimize database performance.
- Implement real-time and event-driven systems using MQTT.
- Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and highly reliable.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js.
- Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience building services using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization.
- Familiarity with DynamoDB, OpenSearch, or comparable technologies.
- Good knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging systems, and distributed systems concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mid-size company environment.
