Senior Business Analyst

KoderLabs is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who excels at transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-sales engagement, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication, working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams following deal closure, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
- Translate client business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements that guide the development process.
- Support project kick-offs, finalize project scope, and manage change requests effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, QA engineers, and UI/UX teams to maintain clarity and consistency in requirements.
- Manage ongoing client communications, provide clarifications, and align expectations throughout the project.
- Assist in solution design, estimation, and impact analysis, particularly for post-sales changes or enhancements.
- Participate in product demos, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure successful final handover to clients.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in active projects to enhance delivery quality.
- Conduct domain and competitor research to validate requirements and ensure solutions are practical, competitive, and market-relevant.

Required Qualifications

- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within software development or IT services environments.
- Proven expertise in post-sales, delivery, or implementation phases of projects.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and clients effectively.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is considered an advantage.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 200,000 to Rs 300,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site, fostering close collaboration with teams and clients.
